Dear Guests,

We hope that you enjoy your stay at Mountain Pad and have a wonderful holiday here in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

We have carefully chosen the furniture and accessories to provide you with everything that you need.

We would kindly ask for your understanding and comply with the following house rules, which guarantee a beautiful and well maintained home away from home for you and for future guests.

General

If you discover that something is not as it should be, or if something is defective, please let us know.

You can contact us anytime by phoning us or sending us an e-mail.

We ask that you treat the apartment and its contents & furnishings respectfully.

Ventilation

The apartment is fitted with extraction ventilators in both bathrooms as part of the entire ventilation system in the development.

Should the sound of the fans bother you at night, it can be switched it off by pulling on the cord.

However, we would ask that you allow at least one to run as this will provide you with a better air climate in the apartment.

Please pay particular attention and allow the fans to run especially after using the bathrooms or, alternatively, open the windows for 15 minutes.

Kitchen

Please ensure that dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots etc. are washed and dry before returning to the cupboards as dampness will damage the kitchen.

Please take care to avoid placing hot items on the worktop or on the table.

At the end of your stay, please empty the dishwasher and return all items to the appropriate cupboards.

Waste Disposal

Please separate the waste. There are appropriate containers for your use in the basement for plastic, paper, bio and general waste.

To find the Waste Room (Müll Raum) in the basement: take the lift to the basement, turn right and go through three doors.

Neighbours

Mountain Pad is in a residential area. Please care for your neighbours by complying with the quiet times from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 07:00.

Please pay particular attention to not making noise on Sundays and Holidays.

Cellar/Basement & Underground Parking

Mountain Pad has a private and lockable compartment in the basement for your use.

There is also a common bike room in the basement, but naturally you may prefer to store your bikes in our private, locked compartment.

We would ask that you use the basement compartment to store your skis and ski-boots and not take these to the apartment.

Mountain Pad‘s private car-space is number 129 .

Keys

You have received two keys for the apartment.

The keys open all apartment doors, including the doors for the basement compartment and the underground parking door.

Please take care with your keys as these are part of a complex locking system. You will incur high costs for replacing the locks if you should lose a key.

WLAN

WLAN is free of charge at Mountain Pad.

WLAN name:   Mountain Pad guest
